Neil, I read the response to your question from Dan.......in Morgantown, the West Virginia Collection (lots of books, etc. about the state's history) is housed at the old law school building, Colson Hall, at WVU. If they don't have the newspapers on microfilm or microfiche, you may try the main library at WVU......Wise Library. When I was a student there, they had microfilms of all newspapers in the state in the main library, but may have moved them to Colson when the WV Collection was established.
