The Dice that I am interested in is Phoebe Dice b. 1794 married to Elias Harper and the daughter of George and Mary A. Dice. These three are my only Dices at this time. Elias Harper and Phoebe Dice had a daughter named Mary Ann who married Enoch Bland. This is a connection that I have just started exploring so I don't have much information on them.
