    3. For whatever it is worth, my Great grandfather John Warner first married Rebecca Shreve on May 18, 1837. This Rebecca, who is apparently not the one referenced in your note, was b. March 20, 1820, my records, which are based on hand-me-down information that I have not verified, say in Randolph County. She died at Knawls Creek, Braxton Co. April 26, 1862 and is buried in the Knawls Creek Church Cemetery. My ancestors were children of John Warner's second wife so I really haven't tried to develop much on this Rebecca.
