I live in Charles Co., Maryland and am very active in the Historical Society, etc. here. Recently, I was in a Thrift Store here in our county seat and stumbled upon a book in excellent condition. The book entitled, "Beyond the Mountains, an Autobiography" by Dr. Luther Flynn, copyright 1979, Library of Congress Catalog Number: 79-66988. My question to you is, would you know of any of the Flynn family that lives in Pendleton County that would possibly like to have this book? I am an avid geneology researcher for my own family and know how difficult at times to find a wealth of information. This book is beautifully done and published by the McClure Printing Co, Inc. Verona, VA. If you don't, I will probably donate it to our local So. Maryland Heritage Center at the La Plata Campus of CCCC. Just thought I'd offer it first to the area from where it began.
