I contacted a WV researcher a couple of weeks ago, after finding her ad in the Heritage Quest Magazine (Nov/Dec 99). What a find! Her rates were reasonable, and she found even more than I had asked for! So if anyone out there needs a researcher in WV, I highly recommend you contact Joyce McCune at mccunej@wirefire.com.
