    3. I did find Mary Wimer (b. ca. 1797-1800) in my notes. She is the daughter of the immigrant Henry Wimer (d. ca. 1824-1825). She married George Thompson 29 Apr 1819 in Pendleton county. Their marriage bond (27 April) was co-signed by George Wimer. According to death records (1877) in Lewis county, George's parents were William and A. Thompson. George Thompson bought land in 1837 at Crabbottom (DB 12, p. 73). George Thompson was in Pendleton county in 1820, 1830 and 1840. In 1850 George and Mary were in Lewis county. In 1880, Mary Thompson, age 80, is living in the Collins Settlement dist. of Lewis County. Please note: I don't have the documents referenced above, but these are notes provided to me from Glen Huffman.
