Helpful, but full of inaccuracies. Any and all other resources available to verify and cross check should be used. In the Colaw line, we have a roadblock, and it is exacerbated by some incorrect assumptions by Morton. Unfortunately, we are having trouble chasing the dangling branches to prove it one way or the other. Family researchers appear to have erred also, and who was correct is elusive so far. The parents, siblings and children of Frederick Valentine Colaw, who married Mary Huffman, for instance. Also the distinction between siblings and descendants of Daniel Colaw, son of Valentine Colaw, around 1750's. Is Valentine Colaw father of Daniel the same person as Frederick Valentine Colaw?
