I recently got a lead on the burial location my husband's g-grandfather, Peter Wesley Shirley (d. 1926). According to his death certificate, he was buried in Magnolia and the undertaker was in Paw Paw (the undertaker's name looks like W.D. Parks). I looked at topo maps for the area and there appear to be two cemeteries near Magnolia - Horn Cemetery (a little south east) and Cherry Orchard Cemetery (a little north west). Does anyone know anything about these cemeteries? I'm also curious the best way to get to Magnolia since I've looked at a state map and mapquest and it sorta looks like 'you can't get there from here.' I also hoping that Peter's first wife (Lena Michael, d. 1907) is buried with him as I've not been able to find any information on her burial location. They were living in Rock Gap when she died.
