I am interested in and researching the Bohrer family who were in old Frederick Counties VA & MD from the 1720s - to the present. Of course many of the descendants have scattered to many places around the planet. It is our understanding that Abraham and his son, John Adam Bohrer, with wife, Lucinda J. unknown and family were in and owned property in what is now Virginia and West Virginia in the 1700s and that many of their descendents are still there at the present time. We have found many of them but we are still looking. Abraham had two other sons, John Peter and John George and a daughter, Anna Maria that we are also researching. We have considerable information on many of John Peter's descendants but would appreciate any and all information on any and all Bohrer's. Does some kind soul (SKS) know anything about this family? Please send me any Bohrer or descendant information on or off list. If not, could SKS please tell me if there is anyone that is willing to go to the courthouse and/or elsewhere to look for deeds, land records, old news articles, wills and probate records, etc.?
