Vandorsdale Mrs. Mattie Custer Vanorsdale, aged 88 years, widow of Silas Vanorsdale, died Saturday morning at 11:30 o’clock at the home of her daughter, 21 N. Virginia Avenue, Brunswick. She had been in failing health for some time. Death was the result of complications. She was formerly of Paw Paw, W Va, where she was born the daughter of Edward and Mary Alderton, Surviving are the following children, Mrs. Bessie Bernard, Brunswick, and Chauncey Vanorsdale, Cumberland. Several grandchildren also survive. She was a member of the Brunswick Methodist Church. Funeral services this afternoon at 2 o’clock from the home of her daughter, Rev. Norman L. Trott officiating.
