As Chairman of Constitution Week for my local chapter of DAR, I would like to remind the listers that the week of September 17-23 is Constitution Week and marks the 218th anniversary of our U.S. Constitution. The theme this year is "Bells of Freedom-Sounds of Patriotism" and we are encouraging all churches, courthouses, etc. across the country to ring their bells on Saturday, September 17 at 4 PM eastern time so that we may hear the sound of patriotism across the nation. With everything going on in the world right now, it is a good time to remember and study our glorious constitution! Please ask your area churches and courthouses to join in on the 17th!
