I posted the names from a list I had written from the book. If I am headed to the library in my area I have looked up information but since I am not planning on a trip to the library in the near future I would appeal to others on the board who have this publication. I hope that someone will be able to come forward to help. I will monitor the board and if you have not received help by the time I next visit the library I will try to help you.
