I was through Lineburg doing some railroad research this spring. Driving along the B&O/CSX mainline I was only able to see one house still standing and occupied. There are many remnants of foundations left in the area though. A B&O railroad Form 6 of March 1st 1922 lists a population of 100. This is the most recent document I have with statistics on that area. You can still reach the area from Orleans Crossroads and driving east along the railroad's access road. You will need a take along USGS topo map showing Lineburg since the town is no longer marked. You may want to visit http://historical.maptech.com/ for 1900's era tops of the area.
