    3. Thanks for all the lookups. My guess is that Eleanor LYONS was dead by 1910, but then again until someone sent me the 1900 Census I thought she had died prior to 1900. It was worth a shot, and I appreciate the lookups. The Benjamin from Harrison county is different. My Benjamin died in 1908 (as reported in the cemetery book). I think I'll try to find the Morgan Messenger starting at 1900 and just read. Perhaps I'll find her obituary or notice. Matt

The wives I have found for him are Mary Magby, Emily Householder, and Sarah Frances Logue. I would greatly appreciate any info.

    3. Someone sent me a census image for 1900 Morgan County, WV - Eleanor LYONS. She was living in the household of her son, Benjamin LYONS in Paw Paw. She was 75 in 1900. Could somebody do a lookup to see if she is still alive and in Paw Paw in 1910? Thanks in advance. Matt

Typing in Hancock Co. history on the internet, I found info abt the Peters coming from VA (did not know the co.), to Jefferson and finally Hancock co. That would tend to indicate the same family...VA to Jefferson Co to Hancock. The Peters family had a 156 acre farm In Hancock Co. and helped found the town of Arcadia, OH.
