Hi Doing research on the Kessinger & Ballard family also. Nutty (Mollie) Ballard's parents were William Ballard b 1760 Orange Co. VA married Elizabeth Stepp. Both parents died in Monroe Co. I am descended from Judith Kessinger - Nutty & Mathias daughter. Judith married Andrew Jackson Dolin. Judith was born 1820 Boone co WV(VA).
