Hi Cora I will get the information out to you this evening with everyone else request. Had class last night and wasn't home til after 10:30. By the way I got the book off the web site www.amazon.com. It took about 5 weeks for them to get it. They have some of the books. They had to ready search for one of the books I requested because it was out of print. I must have waited months for it. They finally found it in a used bookstore in Washington State. Just got it the other day. They found another one, but by the time I gave them approval to get it, someone else had gotten it. They are still looking.
