They lived in Cople Parish, Westmoreland, VA. Their son was Carr Bailey 1 born 1721 in Faquier Co., VA married Mary Minter born 1733 in Faquier Co., VA. Their son, Carr Bailey 2nd married Catherine Martin and their son, Carr Bailey 3rd born 1778 married 16 July 1800 Mary French (from Spartanburg, So. Carolina) in Rutherford Co., North Carolina.
