Sandy of Florida, Thanks again for the information on Sarah Robinson and her husband Goodall Garten. I don't know what happen, but Sarah is living with her mother in the 1870 Monroe County census. She was the daughter of James Robinson and Sarah Hurt. They married Oct 13, 1843 in Bedford County, VA. Sarah Hurt was the daughter of John Hurt and Mary Polly Chaffin of Bedford. James and Sarah Robinson's son Samuel Henry Robinson was my great grandfather. He was married to Julia Pennington, the daughter of Highland Pennington and Rebecca Asbury. Sue in Craig County, VA
