I'm trying to find the parents of Rubin/Reuben Raines who was born 1822 in Monroe County. He left VA/WV before 1845 and never returned. I believe Robert R. Raines who married Elizabeth Caneda was his brother or at least closely related. Does anyone have infomation about the Rains of Monroe County and in particular these two? Thank You, penny broeg
