I am looking for family for Rosanna (Rosey) Vance that married John Willis in 1822 in the Monroe Co/ Greenbrier Co area. Excuse me for intruding in this thread, but I could not resist asking about Griezelda Vance. I know nothing about Rosey's premarriage family. We share a ggg-grandfather Samuel H. Humphreys who was married to Grizelda Vance. My mother was Mary Susan Humphreys daughter of Robert Garland Humphreys and Ruth Compton. They lived outside of Union on the Knobb until the mid sixties.
