Could someone check in thier book about Monroe county history and see if there is any mention of Edward, or John or Elizabeth Murnahan/Murnaghan/Monohan/Monaghan. I have Edward there in 1799 marrying Mary Clark daughter of Anthony Clark. And he, John and Elizabeth on tithable records in 1806/07. But I don't know where these folks came from or anything about there lives in the county. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mabe in MD, Ota Hudson was the youngest son of John Hudson in the 1880 Summers Cty. WV Census. That make his birthdate about 1878, born in WV. The census has his age at 2. "Otio" is a Hudson that is buried at New Hope Cemetery, Marie, WV. It must be the same as Ota. There are at least 6 other Hudsons buried there. The tombstone has the same dates you mentioned (1876-1922). I could send you that list if you like. It is from a Summers/Monroe Cemetery book. Hope this helps.
