I am not aware of a direct Lively connection however, I am a direct descendant of Thompson, Miller,Fudge and Caperton from Greenbrier-Monroe Co., (W) VA. But the Lively family lived around my relatives. Also, I am an Agrippa Atkinson descendant found abt 1801-1807 in Hancock/Jackson COs., Georgia where he was affiliated with the court system but do not have his prior lineage. Does anybody have a listing for a Pickaway Cemetery in Monroe County? I was told there are some Egnors in it. Could someone provide me with any details on these Egnors? I'm interested in any Egnor, especially 1800 to 1840s, in any cemetery in Monroe County. If you have any cemetery lists, I'd appreciate a lookup on Egnors. I'm also looking for the cemetery in which Alexander Erskine (b. abt 1810) would be buried in. He married Elizabeth Egnor. They had several children. I do not know where this family is buried, but they appear on the 1850, 60, & 70 census for Monroe, so perhaps they are buried in Monroe County somewhere. Thanks in advance for any lookups. --Celia

Margureitte, I strongly suspect that Rebecca Lowe was the daughter of Thomas and Rachael (Wickline) Lowe or Monroe County which would mean, of course, that Rebecca was Ann Mariah's sister. Rebecca probably died young and George then married her sister Ann Mariah. Yes I have information on Rebecca Lowe that married George Washington Cottle George Washington Cottle was born abt 1805 in forest Hill, Summers Co, Wv and married Rebecca Loew on 8/31/1826 in Monroe Co, VA., he died 8/10/1863 in Monroe Co, WV. He married 2nd Ann Mariah Lowe on 8/10/1833 and they had nine children. Rebecca & George had three children, William Harvey Cottle b. 1827 d. 1852. Martha Ann Cottle b. 1828 married Samul Sarver. & William Madison Cottle b. 1829 married Cynthis M. Lewis. I do not know who the parents of George or Rebecca were.
