Diane Subject: James Starr I post this info occasionally, in case someone may come across my line of Starr's. I am searching for James Starr (1798?) who married Rachel Millard, d/o Emile Millard. Rachel's family was in WVA so maybe James's was also. They had a daughter Martha, born abt.1812 who married Andrew Dempsey in 1831 in Logan, WVA.
