I need someone who has access to Mingo County marriage records. I need a copy of a marriage between Fannie Hall and Elias Lockhart. I do not have an exact date just a "guesstimate." I have been told she was 11-15 years old when she married and she was born 1895, so I suppose 1906-1910. I went to WV 2 years age and found this record, copied it and put it in my case. When I returned to Ohio there was no sign of it. If someone is able to do this, obtain copy and mail to me, I will gladly pay for your efforts.
