Peggy was born Abt. 1793 in Montgomery County, Virginia, and died Aft. 1880 in Logan County, West Virginia. Notes for DAVID MOUNTS: 1809 - first documentation is a marriage bond for David to marry Margaret Cline in Montgomery Co. VA, 5 April 1809. Bond is signed by David Mountz & JAMES ADDAIR as his surety. Parents of David are unknown. James ADDAIR operated a ferry across the New River close to Radford, VA and had been in the area since c. 1773. James Addair was reputedly David's guardian. Peter Klein, Sr. signs for Margaret.
