Where in Mingo County are the records kept such as birth certificates, marriage licenses, Census records for 1900 and later (possibly earlier if I find what I'm looking for)etc......I have been everywhere but have failed to get an addy so that I can visit and find what I'm looking for. Any help you can be would be appreciated, as I plan to visit there at the end of the month. Freda
