Anita Hardee/Hardy is the same district, used to be Logan County, West Virginia, 1895 Hardy became Mingo County, West Virginia. 27 Hollow was in Hardee/Hardy, don't know whether 22 Holden was in Hardy/Hardee or not. 22 Holden is in Logan County, by the way, that is where I met my wife, Rosemary Brown.
