My father lived at Kermit (Grey Eagle) and I was raised at Warfield, Ky and have lived in Georgia the past 45 years. Some organizations adopt certain sections of the highways around here but the chief contributor is the sheriff's department using prisoners and people having to do community service as a result of a court action.
