Franklin married a Helen Maxine Johnson in Indianapolis an they had 4 children: Bonnie, Raylene, Terry (son an my bf's father), an Penny Sue..Franklin had custody of his children til he remarried when they went to live with Helen's parents...Charles Otto Johnson an Grace Lady-- Terry says that his dad was really messed up in the head after WW2 an cut all ties with family an didn't want anyone knowing where he was, he also would not tell his kids his parents names or if he had brothers or sisters matter of fact after the kids were removed from his home he lost contact with them also.....I have searched for his Military records only to find out they were probaly lost to a fire in the 1970's...as you can tell I am running into brick wall after brick wall,,if you can help at all please contact me at iceangel1833@yahoo.com...any leads would be helpful an we would be eternally grateful....Thank You, Elizabeth an Russell --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
