I received an obituary from the Martinsburg Public Library regarding an Effie Miller who died in 1976. Listed as the minister for the interment was her grandson Robert Nelson Taylor. I did a search for his name on Yahoo and the search led me to an obit for a Robert Nelson Taylor, Jr. who died this past January in Cumberland, MD. He was from Rio. Maybe it was a coincidence the names being the same or? Does anyone on the list recognize this Robert Nelson Taylor, Minister or possibly his son Robert Nelson Taylor, Jr.?
