I am looking for the obituary or articles involving the death of Michael Sannet/Sinnett from 1868. I found a death record in Mineral County deaths for a Michael SANNET, 11-24-1868, 56, pob Ireland, parents James & Mary Sannet. Would I have to order this death certificate from Keyser, WV or from Charleston, WV? Pat
