RE: Welch family, Sarah Welch the daughter of Sylvester Welch III and Jenimiah Carroll married Abraham Good, son of Jacob Good. Abraham & Sarah Good's Wills can be read on the Mineral Co website at http://www.rootsweb.com/~wvminera/sarahgoodwill.htm. Sarah's Will mentions the Homan family and "...my sister Lurenna Hogan..." Abraham and Sarah Good had extensive land in the area where the head of dry run and Cabin run meet. I would love to find where Abraham and Sarah are buried. Denny/Dempsy Welch Sarah's brother later bought half of Pattersons Creek Manor Lot # 9 from Abrahams brother Peter Good. PCM #9 was leased by John Ramsey to Jacob Good in 1773 and Willed to Abrahams brothers Isaac and Peter Good upon his death in 1780.
