I have some Nelson family in that area. I don't know if they are relatives of yours or not. My aunt, Lelia Decker married Billy Ray Nelson. He still lives on Rt 46, the road going to Ft Ashby but it's a Keyser addy. They named one of their children Karen Nelson. She lives in Great Cacapon, WV.
