Hey Pat, I was using History of Ritchie co by Minnie Kendall Lowther copyright in 1911. P 305 Jacob Sinnet, - children: Patrick, Elizabeth, Henry R. Sinnett, of Missouri, Mrs. Phebe Rexroad, and the late Sarah Lowther. John Sinnett was the first to mark the forest in the vicinity of Jackson's Store. He erected his dwelling on the farm at the foot of King Knob hill, near the year of 1824. He was the son of Patrick Sinnette, born on Nov 12, 1787. He married Elizabeth R. Propst. Went from here to Roane Co. Abel Sinnett succeeded his brother John on the farn at foot of King Knob Hill. Buried Indian creek Baptist churchyard I nJuly 1873. Owner of first saw mill in this section. Also had a lot on Cox families.. Don't know if this is of interst or not. I couldn't write well due to carpal tunnel surgery. Barb
