She was born in 1900 and married Rev. Victor Carl Decker. She had 9 children, my father Victor Jr being the 8th. My grandparents moved around a bit after their children were grown because my grandfather was a minister but their final home together was on Rt 46 outside of Keyser, W.Va. near Ft. Ashby in Mineral County. Her parents, I have been told were James and May or Mae(Simpson) Anderson. She has at least one brother that I know for sure. His name is Charles Theodore Anderson, fondly known as Bud. b.1912 d. 1979. My grandmother Ruby passed away in 1969. If you have knowledge about her and her family, I would be so grateful.
