I am wondering if anyone has ever heard of someone having 2 birth certificates and what this all could mean. My dad has 2. One of them with one name and no father, the other one with a different name, same mother, same doctor, same county and time but has a father listed. But both of them are on file at the county court house. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thank in advance Kim
