    3. I have been to the Mineral County courthouse & looked at their records. All that they have is handwritten in LARGE ledgers, that are very difficult to handle. It is better to write to Charleston, but takes longer, also you have to send $5.00 which is non-refundable, whether they find what you are looking for or not. But its a thought.
