There is a Frost, WV, in Pocahantas Co., NW of the county seat of Marlinton and about 4 mi (as the crow flies) from the western border of VA. That, however, would have been a long way to travel for a Sun afternoon visit. My guess is that the newspaper writer made a typo and neglected to put "burg" on the end of Frost.
