    3. Are your Bowman/Bosely grandparents deceased? If so, find out when they died and get copies of their death certificates. These death certificates should name their parents and give their birth dates. Next, see if you can get copies of their birth certificates. If they were born and they died in Mineral County, you should be able to get their birth, death, and marriage certificates from the Mineral County court house. If you live in Mineral County or close by, you can do this in person by going to the Mineral County Clerks Office and requesting copies of these documents. If you do not live close you can do this through the mail by writting to: County Clerk's Office Mineral County Court House 150 Armstrong St. Keyser, WV 26726 (304)788-3924 Hope this is helpful information.
