I believe that many of the land records, at least, are still at the Hampshire Co. courthouse. The Minute Books she copied are at the courthouse, according to the introduction to her book. Many records can be obtained from West Virginia Archives ($10 research fee)--I have obtained inventories, estate sale records, etc. from them for Hampshire Co. and some of the researchers there were very helpful (of course, sometimes you're lucky and sometimes you aren't!). And many records have been microfilmed and are available through the Mormon church, at their Family History Centers.
