Just a short note - I used the look-up volunteers in the Mineral County, WV, website for the first time today. Wish I had used it earlier. Many thanks to MICHELLE STAGGS for her assistance. She located the date of death and burial place of my gggrandfather Peter E. Hartman that I had been trying to find for years plus the graves of two of his sons, John T. and Charles W. Hartman. I found the new owners of funeral home (which had changed hands since my gggrandfather's burial in 1917) that interred my gggrandfather and they kindly looked him up and gave me more info, solidifying that this is indeed him.
