Daniels, born Oct 1840, dau. of Thomas and Nancy Keller. Jacob Thomas was the son of Jacob (born 1812) and Susan Spencer (born 1813) Fleek. Someone out there correct me if I am wrong. >> Bill, I also show Jacob Thomas Fleek m. Susan R. Daniels. Jacob Thomas Fleek was the sister of Susan Caroline. According to the Marriage Index CD #229 and the marriage listings on the Mineral County Web Page, Jacob Flick/Fleek m. Elizabeth Spencer. The 1850 Hampshire County Census, Roll 948, page 192 shows the following: Jacob Fleek - 48 M Elizabeth - 32 F Harriett - 14 F Eliza - 11 F John - 8 M Caroline - 6 F Thomas - 4 M James - 1 M The 1860 Hampshire County Census, Page 257 shows: Jacob - 48 M (didn't age in 10 years, go figure) Elizabeth - 47 (she aged 15!) Caroline - 16 F John W. - 18 M Jacob T. - 14 M (assuming this is Thomas age 4 in 1850 census) James W. - 12 M Sarah C. - 9 F Margaret - 6 F Susan Fleek - 84 F (this must be Jacob's mother, Susan Umstott) Also according to the CD #229 Marriage Index, Elizabeth's sister, Susan Spencer married Peter Urice on 25 Apr 1822. What information do you have that shows Jacob's wife as Susan Spencer? I am attempting to track down all descendants of Henry Flick/Fleek and Susannah Varner, so would like to make sure my information is correct. Thanks, Janna [email protected]
