Pat, I have been in VA, WV and MD for the past week and don't know if you have your answer yet. I have the Hardy Co. Marriage books from years 1705-1899, 1900-1949, 1950-1970 all by Wes Cochran. I can tell you that your Abe-Baldwin's do not appear to have married in Hardy County.
