Jersha (Gerusha) Bailey had two children with Charles Francis Ritchie, Leo Bailey and Esme. You'll find them in the 1900 census living with her parents. She's divorced Charles and went home. Rufus Basham is a boarder in her father's house. In the 1910 census there's one daughter with Rufus and the 1920 has Martha, Effie, Oswals and Vernon Basham. She married Charles Ritchie in 1892 and Rufus in 1901. My connection is through the Ritchie line. But, I couldn't find a date of death for Gerusha which led me to look for her children. That took me to the census and beyond! I do have information on the families of Leo who was born in 1893 and Esma who was born in 1895 if you're interested. Leo had nine children and Esma five. Esma married Elbert Bowlling and Leo married Nancy Stovall. I hope this helps...
