Barb, thanks so much for the information. This is exactly what I wanted to know. I think if that is the law now, perhaps laws would have been even more lenient between 1915 and 1953. If so, there is a good chance my grandfather is buried on his own property. Too bad there are not tighter controls on these old cemeteries. They are so precious to us. Again, thanks!
