I would say this is legal, although I'm not entirely sure. My grandfathers first wife died approx. 1910, she is buried behind his old family home, there is no marker or anything and now it actually looks like part of a coal road that runs behind there. Athough the road isn't in use, I think it's still so sad. Alicia
