Janice, I have the Mercer Co., WV marriage Book I 1854-1901 and William and Ida (Hearn) Bell are not listed in it. In my family tree I have them listed as married 10/14/1892 but no location. I have Ida Hearn b. 3/25/1873 and the daughter of Levi Lawson Hearn and Rhoda L. Tiller. Levi is the son of Levi Griffin Hearn and Aura White. This Levi is the Grandfather to Alonzo Hearn who is a distant cousin (don't remember right off hand 2nd,3rd or 4th) to my husband. Would be glad to exchange info if you are interested. I have been in contact with Alonzo's daughter that turned 91 this year. I'd like to know if it is a community or magesterial township, and how to relate to it on a modern map. Thanks for information.
