Sandy, I have suspected that my ggg granparents graves were either moved or covered by the Dam project. Prunella Abbott Christian and John H. Christian (per J. Miller's "History of Summers County WV") were buried at "The old Jasper Smith Plantation on New River, opposite Gatliff's Bottom". Prunella died in 1860, and John in 1880. I believe that the name of Gatliff's Bottom was changed to something else later, as I can't pinpoint it's location. Any help on these subjects would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Jon Christian
