While reading the emails generated by this listing over the last few days my curosity has been aroused. I was born and raised at McComas, WV (Mercer Co.) during the 40/50/60's. I currently live and work in Pasadena, MD. Does anyone doing research have any record of the name of the individual that the community of McComas was named after. Also are there any known books out there that tell the history of the community.
