Orville Rowe of Jolo, WV passed away on Thursday, 11 February 1999 in Euclid, Ohio. There will be a service in Euclid on Saturday and another one in Tazewell, VA on Monday. He will be burried in the Greenhills Memorial Gardens in Richlands, Va in Bldg 4 Section 9 the same day. Orville Leslie Rowe was the son of Charles "Shelbey" Rowe and Pearl Victoria Jewell Rowe. His wife, Rosa Smith Rowe, passed away 7 July 1995 and is burried in the Greenhills Memorial Gardens. Survivors include: sisters Irene Hughes, Hazel Hoschett, and Daisy Campbell; children Larry Dee Rowe, Judy Burich, and James Rowe; six grandchildren and three gr-grandchildren. Heather Rowe
